Full integration: Sempermed Joins Forces with HARPS Global

July 1st marked a significant milestone for HARPS Global as we announced the full integration of Sempermed into our family.

Since the acquisition process began in December 2022, the surgical glove operations in Wimpassing, Austria, and Sopron, Hungary, were initially still managed by Semperit under an exclusive contract manufacturing agreement. With the completion of the second and final phase of the acquisition all operations are now seamlessly integrated under HARPS Global's control.
